Users may request deletion of their Hora Tarot account and associated data

through either of the following methods:

1. In the App

Open Hora Tarot, go to Profile or Settings, select "Delete Account", and

follow the instructions shown on the screen.

2. Outside the App

Send an email to admin@tpktechnology.com with the subject:

"Hora Tarot Account Deletion Request"

Please include the User ID displayed on the Profile page in Hora Tarot.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify

ownership of the account.

Please do not send passwords, session tokens, payment card information,

or complete Google Play purchase receipts by email.

Data That Will Be Deleted

After the request has been verified, we will delete or permanently anonymize

the data associated with the anonymous account, including:

- Anonymous account and server-side User ID

- App installation identifier associated with the account

- Account profile and application preferences

- Virtual currency and wallet balance

- Game progress and account-related activity

- Tarot reading history stored on our servers, if applicable

Account deletion is permanent and deleted data cannot be recovered.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain the minimum amount of information required for legal,

accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or Google Play

purchase compliance purposes.

Such information may include transaction identifiers, purchase records,

security logs, or records of the deletion request. Retained information will

not be used for advertising or marketing purposes.
